EHCP Writing Support Sessions

An opportunity for social care, SENDCO’s and health advisors to attend a briefing of what outcomes and provision should look like for children in Halton. This exercise  will be an opportunity to discuss, challenge and support each other with ensuring that plans are of a good standard for Halton children. You will be provided with a checklist and outcome/provision templates following the session.
