• Focus on ordinarily available provision,
• Awareness of inclusion by design and its application in the classroom
• Inclusive practice for all learners along the lines of ‘what’s good for SEND is good for all’
• Assistive Technology
Workshop 3: Developing inclusion to support attendance and belonging
• This would link closely to workshop 1 and 2 but could consider intersectionality of needs
• Processes around application of behaviour policies
• Reasonable adjustments
• Holistic approaches to supporting belonging
Workshop 4: Identifying and supporting more complex needs
• Graduated approach in practice
• Developing identification (assess, plan, do, review)
• Effective monitoring of interventions and provision to identify impact
• Assistive technology
